Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC clarified that I continuously condemned choice on reserved minority seats in Parliament of Pakistan however demanded democratic election of Christians through twin Voting rights.
PCC condemned imposition of Joint citizens that enabled choice of Christians on reserved seats in National assembly of Pakistan and 4 provincial Assemblies in 2002, by military ruler General Parvez Mushhraf when abolishing Separate citizens.
The Christians in Pakistan were enjoying Separate citizens System during which Christian voters were electing their parliamentarians with their vote from 1985-2000.
The Christian elected below Separate citizens raised voice for oppressed Christian nation that was disliked by institution and Muslim Political parties.
To make election system for minorities clear, The Pakistan Christian Congress PCC demanded twin Voting system for Christian that was practiced by Muslims of Azad Kashmir that Christian might elect their illustration on reserved seat and will solid their vote for Muslim parties in their respective constituencies.
To hijack Christian vote bank, the leading Muslim Political parties, institution and few tools of Muslim parties in Christians demanded Joint Election System.
“I continuously most popular to achieve in parliament with Christian votes rather than wishing on choice by Muslim Political Parties in Pakistan” said Nazir Bhatti
The news item appeared in section of national and international press that i’m in race to interchange Martyr Shahbaz Bhatti is nothing however my character assassination as I never applied for choice to any Muslim Political party for National Assembly seat nor my name is with Election Commission of Pakistan on any priority list submitted by any Muslim party.
I am struggling for equal basic democratic of poor Pakistani Christian and that i have denied to hitch cupboard of military rulers. it’s on record that secret agencies of Pakistan offered me winning seat in National Assembly of Pakistan in national general elections however I never bargained on principals. I even have clearly exposed names of secret agencies high ups in conferences with me in my book “Trial of Pakistani Christian Nation” then how I is during a race of choice rather than power of votes.
“I claim that demand of Christian Separate Province on division of Punjab is dream of countless Christian youth and it’s constitutional demand as a result of if a reputation of province is modified and new province of Gillgit-Baltistan is shaped then demand of Separate Christian Province isn’t un-constitutional” added Nazir Bhatti
Nazir Bhatti, Chief of PCC urged government of Pakistan to nominate loved one of Martyr Shahbaz Bhatti on a seat vacant when is assassination on his nice services for repeal of blasphemy law.
