Following several European countries, Australia has also banned wearing veil by the Muslim women.
The wearing of veil by the Muslim women is being thought as a social evil and a big hurdle in social relations in Australia.
In this regard, hiding face on public places and in courts has been prohibited by the government while the violators would be dealt with iron hands by the police.
The sentence for violating the ban has not been ascertained yet.
Twelve countries including France, Holland, Denmark and Spain have already banned the veil and now Australia has also adopted this biased step against the Muslim women.
